We stayed in the triple room that overlooked the pool. We had an amazing view of the sunset each day. We were able to walk to find dinner. They had a really good market in their basement for snacks and whatnot. The pool was great. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Good bed, clean and functional. It will be good if hair-dryer is included, had to call for one and return within an hour. Only stayed for one night and 3rd floor rooms have windows but no view. Not far from main Jl Soekarno Hatta shopping strip. Overall good stay Thanks

Below expectation

Thw Hotel is disappointing, there were few points deserves a comment. Internet doesnt work, I stayed two nights: first before the island boat tour and onother night after. Two different rooms on different floors, neither I had internet connection. Hot water wasn't available also and the bathroom very small. The small room doesn’t have windows, but lots of mosquitos and no eletronic repelent. Breakfast place has an amazing view, but omelet station doesn't take note, therefore, very unorganized and difficult to get your order.

The place was clean enough, but it was an old building. They must have a problem with their toilets or sewer, the room smellled like sewer the whole time. Nasty! There was only one chair in the room and none on the balcony, so you could not sit on balcony. View was great. Close to downtown. Pool/pool bar was nice. Breakfast was buffet and had large selection. We reserved a car ride for 640am with the front desk. When we went down, the guy said the car service didn’t start until 7am. Not sure why they didn’t tell us that when we reserved the car the night before. The front desk guy was rude. We had to be at our dive place at 7am. He said we could wait until 7am for the car. I said we could not and asked what other options we had. He said he could try to call us an outside taxi. He did that and we were able to get to the dive shop just in time for our trip. Overall, okay for the price since it was inexpensive, but I would not stay there again.

In general, everything is fine. Close to the airport. Has a market in the basement which is convenient. Pool and breakfast good. However, I did not appreciate being harassed for a hair dryer! There weren’t any hair dryer in my room. I called the front desk but nobody came so i took matters into my own hands and asked the housekeeper that was cleaning the rooms on the floor for a hair dryer which she kindly lended. However, in the evening the front desk called to get the dryer back. I told them i was there for 3nights and i needed the hair dryer and i was willing to give it back if they were going to provide me with another one so in the end they let me keep it. Then, the day before i check out they called me at 3pm. They were surprised i was in my room and sounded almost disappointed … they asked for something i could not understand and said it was ok and hung up. Then called again at 10pm to get the hair dryer!!! Now, i understand they wanted. They wanted to check if i was in the room to take the hair dryer back! First of all, the hotel should have hair dryers for all rooms. Second, it is not professional to harass a client for a hair dryer when you should be able to provide it for everyone. They could have waited until i checked-out to take it back and not call so often and late at 10pm. The service in general was fine but the handling of this situation is very poor.

AC was top notch. We woke up to a frigid environment which is what we like. Rooms was nice and clean. Hotel was nice and clean. The pool/restaurant/bar was great but the staff wasn’t super helpful. We were seated for a while and ended up going up to the bar to order several times. Not a deal breaker though.

Our experience at Zasgo Hotel was overwhelmingly positive from the moment we checked in. We were welcomed by the impeccable Adi, who not only gave us all the information about the hotel, but also, at our request, booked a boat tour for the next morning to Komodo National Park (due to the delay of our plane we arrived at the hotel almost at dinner time). While Adì answered our questions, Elisa and Hendra entertained our daughter who was waiting for us to finish checking in. The very friendly Aldo accompanied us to our room. Our family room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the view from the balcony amazing. The location of the hotel is ideal for reaching the centre of town and several restaurants where we could dine. The swimming pool at sunset is undoubtedly a plus, as is the friendly staff who are super helpful in resolving any customer requests. The supermarket below the hotel is an added convenience

Visiting Labuan Bajo to do the tour of Komodo Island, the hotel is convenient and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are very clean and modern (many have views of the harbor), and there is a market on the ground floor for any of your last minute needs.

We received a very warm welcome, but were then informed about a number of things we were not allowed to do in the room. To our great delight, we were upgraded to the suite on the 8th floor, which was very spacious and offered a sensational view. Very nice and large pool with swim-up bar. The staff were extremely friendly, whether housekeeping (Rosi and Teresa) or the waiters at the pool or in the restaurant. Unfortunately, several items from the menu were not available. The breakfast was very Asian-oriented and unfortunately not vegan-friendly. The supermarket on the first floor of the hotel was a real plus. The location is very good, close to the airport and close to the restaurants and stores in town.
