"3ieme fois à l'hôtel toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes, super propre, personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Les vendredis et samedis profitez en pour aller voir Chris au bar, il met une ambiance de fête dans l'hôtel, il nous fait vivres des bons moments où l'on peut décrocher du quotidien. À refaire!"

"It was excellent location, very clean well kept by hard working staff. Breakfast was great selection and plenty of food and beverages, also great seating with table to sit and enjoy your breakfast. View from our room not the best, but good anyways. There was a large group of young students checking in the same time and our rooms were on same floor, way to noisy and doors opening and closing constantly. I asked to change room to another floor, we wanted a relaxing weekend not disruptive loud one due other guest."

"I stayed 2 nights here, 2 adults, 2 kids, and my dog. The room was very clean, the pool area was very clean, hot tub was nice and hot, pool was warm, water slide was a fun bonus. (The only thing I can say about this place is that the hot tub is for 18+ only.. when my kids would come in the staff would mention the 18+ signs which was a little annoying). Breakfast was basic. Toast/bagels/waffles/ plain cereal. Was good to not have to come up with a breakfast meal on top of lunch and dinner. This hotel is conveniently 10 minutes drive from the pedestrian village. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will go back every time. Thank you."

"The hotel itself is ok, but the behavior of two front desk employees completely ruined our experience. When I politely asked for information, they laughed at me, acted disrespectfully, and were extremely unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that neither of them was wearing a name tag, and they only reluctantly gave their names after I insisted. They claimed to be Naomie and Cloe, although I honestly doubt they were even telling the truth. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but after this experience we will never return. Customer service like this is embarrassing for any hotel, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before booking here."

"The suite we had was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and everything was clean! The breakfast was okay, it had a range variety of food (cold food or toast) but it was nothing extraordinary. The spa was okay too, nothing special. I do really recommend that hotel for a relaxing stay if you plan on exploring the city more than doing stuff at the hotel."
