For shared use: property 1'400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. Private: natural state property 200 m2, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Lacanau Océan" 900 m, sandy beach "Lacanau-Océan" 500 m, bathing lake "Lacanau Le Moutchic" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 450 m, riding stable 9 km. Nearby attractions: Bordeaux 60 km, Cap Ferret 50 km, Soulac-sur-Mer 80 km, Arcachon 90 km, Saint Emilion 100 km.
