This property was unique because of 1 person, Willie at the front desk! He hands down is the BEST associate at any hotel we've ever stayed at! And we travel all the time. This time the circumstances were not pleasure, but he sure did make us feel welcome like family and comfortable to be there!
Being in customer service leadership for many years I would definitively keep my eye on him, he is a true assest to your company, Willie is what the hospitality industry is all about, so many others...

The courtyard was great but buildings in the neighborhood looked a little warn. It wouldāve been nice to walk somewhere for a coffee or lunch. Even though hotels offered great options, it would be nice to have options and be able to explore city on foot.

Place was great! Staff was nice! Was offered a corner upper room, it was wonderful! The downtown area at night is a little sketchy, but all in all the hotel was great!

Overall, I was impressed! It worked very well for our family (including our dog). We stayed there on a social night (they have them Monday-Wednesday) so ended up getting some yummy FREE dinner! Will definitely stay there again.
