Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in gated community, South Down shores. Located in Laconia, New Hampshire. Walking distance to beachfront of Lake Winnipesaukee, Paugus bay side.

Backyard overlooks the 13th hole of a pristinely landscaped golf course. Plenty of common room in the backyard to grill , run around or just sit and enjoy the day. Great natural light, full Kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room. Separate 3 season screened in porch, fully furnished. Great location if traveling with children. Equipped with pack and play, high chair and toys.

Access to an inground pool (outdoor-seasonal), basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. 1/2 mile walk to the beachfront where there is public lake beach access with bath house. Common area with breathtaking lake views, equipped with bocce ball, corn hole, & playground access. Picnic area with benches and chairs. Man Made ponds where you can watch the ducks & geese or test your luck catching frogs and turtles.

Walking trails within the community. Gun Stock Mountain Resort 12 miles away (25 minutes) where you can find more hiking trails and scheduled events.

Although there is not a public dock to be used as a short term tenant, there are several local Marina that you could rent a boat or other aquatic equipment during your stay.

Within 10 minutes to major stores, restaurants, breweries, golf, arcade, Weirs Beach.
