"It was a great 2 nights stay as the hotel is near the downtown harbour as well as museums. It is in front of the tourist information center. The location is front of the casino and has overlooking views of the harbour. The room was very clean. The pool and the hym made our stay heavenly."

"This is our go to hotel in Nanaimo. Parking is very good off-season. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Usually very quiet and a good sleep. We asked for a wake-up call but it didn't happen for some reason. "

"Steven was an exceptional host, and even allowed my son to hold one of his macaws. The house was great. We spend a lot of time playing pool and hanging out in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked, and had large windows allowing you to look across a small river and watch cows grazing on the far side - very private and tranquil. We will be back for sure. "

"The room was clean, staff were friendly. The one issue is the queen bed closest to the door in room 217 - the mattress slants towards the window. Made for a not so comfortable sleep."
