House in the countryside, in a village at the gates of Mont de Marsan, completely renovated and newly equipped.
On the ground floor: very large living room, equipped kitchen, American fridge and a studio with a double bed, bathroom and WC.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, a television and a bathroom/WC
Reversible air conditioning in each room.
Cellar with washing machine and dryer
Large terrace and covered summer kitchen with breathtaking views not overlooked.

A place conducive to rest and relaxation, in communion with nature. The garden is very vast surrounded by fields and forests where you can walk to discover magical sites like the Limac wetland. The village has a bar-restaurant-tobacco shop-grocery store and a post office.
You will be a few minutes from the Landes prefecture, a few kilometers from the Gers and 1 hour from the Landes coast and its immense beaches. The Pyrenees mountain will be closest at 1h30 drive.
