The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals with ease.The property offers three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two bunk beds, and another with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub.Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens create a peaceful and green setting. A covered pergola with dining table and barbecue area invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. The private pool is perfect for hot days, and the jacuzzi (available as an optional extra) adds a luxurious touch of relaxation.The location is excellent: within walking distance of a large supermarket and the Slide & Splash water park. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
