Casa Vista Alta is a spacious family villa located in Carvoeiro, offering a relaxed holiday setting with extensive outdoor facilities and plenty of space for shared family time.

The villa is particularly well suited to families and small groups looking for outdoor living and on-site activities. The outdoor areas include a private swimming pool, which can be heated on request at an additional cost, as well as a separate kiddies’ pool. Spacious terraces provide areas for outdoor dining, relaxation, and time spent together throughout the day.

Casa Vista Alta benefits from a range of outdoor leisure facilities. The tennis court will be fully renovated (2027) into a full-size, multi-use sports court suitable for tennis, five-a-side football, and basketball, with removable posts and nets. The court is equipped with night-time flood lighting, allowing use during the evening. 

For younger children, there is already a dedicated play area with a small slide, swing, and sandpit.

Inside, Casa Vista Alta offers comfortable living and dining spaces designed for relaxed family stays. The accommodation includes four bedrooms, with two bedrooms offering flexible bed configurations that can be set up as either super-king or twin beds, and two bedrooms arranged as fixed super-king rooms. The villa is supported by modern bathrooms and offers air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

Casa Vista Alta is located in a peaceful residential area within easy reach of Carvoeiro village, beaches, restaurants, and local amenities. The villa provides a private and family-friendly base for enjoying the Algarve, with parking available at the property.
