We stayed in this apartment for 7 weeks. We were met upon arrival by Sofia who spent time with us to explain the workings of the stovetop and the washing machine, etc. The location is good with easy access to the old city areas and a grocery store across the street with a laundromat with a large dryer because it would have been impossible to dry clothes in the apartment. The advertised balcony is a closed-in space that also housed the dining table. It was a disappointment for me as I had looked forward to sitting outside on a balcony to read. On the plus side the living room was big enough with comfortable furniture, the bedroom was large with lots of closet space and a comfortable bed. Kitchen appliances worked well. Towels and bedding are quite worn. Sofia was our contact person and she was amazing; very quick to respond to emails, always positive and a great problem solver. We are very thankful for her help and advice.
