  • This newly revamped mountain home in SPLIT ROCK is the ideal getaway or vacation in the Poconos with a GAME ROOM and FIRE PIT. Close to indoor waterpark, boat tours, golf, skiing & everything Split Rock has to offer. Meticulously appointed, with an open concept living area, a covered porch and large rear deck that overlooks 128 private wooded acres. 5 mins to JACK FROST, 10 mins to Pocono Raceway and Big Boulder Mountain, 25 mins to Tannersville Outlet Mall, Mt Airy Casino & Great Wolf Lodge.

    Feel at home with the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, house linens, TV, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. The home features a kitchen with a large breakfast bar that overlooks the great room with a cozy fireplace. With both a dinette and a formal dining room.

    The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The first floor has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom plus two additional bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a one additional bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom has a bunkbed, twin bed on top, full bed on bottom and an additional twin bed in the room plus an additional bathroom.

Great place for four families to stay close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. House has most everything you need for a ski weekend. kids had a blast playing arcade games.

Great place for families!

We had a very enjoyable muligenerational family vacation up in the Poconos Moutains. It was convenient to many attractions in the area. We loved the amount of space which allowed everyone have to their own space and it was not too cramped or crowded. We would definetely stay here again.

Great ski weekend house

We enjoyed a quick ski weekend at Jack Frost Big Boulder at this lovely home one mile from the mountain. Great setup for two families - 9 of us total. We enjoyed the garage amenities with the video games as well as the outdoor fire pit when we got back from the mountain. Beds were very firm (but that’s better than being soft), house was well equipped and having sheets and towels there was a plus.

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful weekend at this rental. The house is just as described and pictured. Decorated modernly with many of the things you’d need for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the game room, deck and fire pit. Our group of six truly enjoyed ourselves and felt right at home. We’re already talking about returning next year. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Christmas vacation in the Poconos

Enjoyed our stay in the Poconos at this home with a spacious floor plan to support our family of ten get together. The house was tastefully appointed and was well stocked with everyday items. The home was convenient to major resorts and activities and was close to area shopping and major highways. Beatriz as host was both communicative and accommodating. From the fire pit to a beautiful deck to just sitting in the great room area around the fireplace our host made for a memorable trip for our family

Beautiful House and Property in the Poconos!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house is lovely- beautifully decorated, fully stocked and comfortable! We enjoyed a cozy fire and spacious living room. Two different dining areas, a well stocked and updated kitchen. The kids had fun in the game room! Beds were very comfortable! We were lucky to be there on a snowy weekend and enjoyed views of the snowy woods in the back and very easy access to two ski areas. Our hosts were very easy to get in touch with and answered our questions immediately. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great family home

This house is very spacious, room for everyone. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. which was great. Plenty of propane available for the gas grill and outdoor gas fireplace. The host replied promptly during our stay, especially about the WiFi outage after a storm. It was hot during our stay so the pool room/garage was a little uncomfortable even with the door open, but we managed. The house is on a busy road so there is traffic. I would highly recommend this home and we will probably return next year.

Property is beautiful & most importantly CLEAN! Stocked w/everything you need! We are a family of 8 adults, 3 kids b/t 12 - 9, with plenty of room. Will definitely be coming back next year, as our host, Beatrice was amazing! Beatrice was super helpful when issues arose with our booking. Kept in contact w/me to sort out the problem when it was frustrating as the issue did not get completely resolved until the time we needed to leave our home for our weekend adventure. I MUST SAY VRBO DID NOT HELP SOLVE THIS ISSUE AT ALL!
