Waterfront Spacious Custom Lakefront Home - Lake Quinault, Olympic National Park
8/10 Good
"The view is amazing and the house is beautiful and well stocked. The master bedroom gets a lot of light early in the morning and there are no window treatments on the upper part of the window so don't plan to sleep in."
"I can’t express enough how much I enjoy visiting this lodge. I try to visit each year and every time I feel like it’s the first time I am seeing it. It has a certain charm that that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The views are spectacula. From hiking to kayaking, to just sitting outside and enjoying the views, this has it all."
Welcome to the Elk House! 4 Private Acres/Close to Hiking and Lake Quinault!
10/10 Excellent
"Really loved having coffee on the porch, admiring the view and listening to the thrushes in the morning. You can hear the Barred owls calling to each other at dusk. We were about to see a couple of them as well. The place had all the amenities were were looking for. Willaby campground had a great day use spot to swim, fish and enjoy a picnic. Appreciated the camping chairs. They were great to have! Thanks!"
"Fantastic view if the ocean. Restaurant on property was great, even better with the 15% discount for staying on property. Only negative was that there was no breakfast. There is a small convenience store that also cooks hot food only .8 miles away where u can get breakfast and lunch. Maybe dinner. Beach access is by 244 stairs. There is away to drive onto the beach but not sure where."
"We enjoyed our time there. It was so peaceful,. The place is lovely. Small, but enough room for our family.. Very clean. We enjoyed hiking. But there’s only so much you can do there. No Internet away from the excellent WiFi at the house. Exactjy 3 restaurants on the entire lake to choose from. Groceries are a necessity.. The closest big grocery is far away in Forks."
Woody Waterfront A-Frame Lakefront Home on Lake Quinault - Olympic National Park
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing time at the Woody A frame on Lake Quinault! Everything at the house was just as described. The views were incredible and the lake was so peaceful and beautiful. We loved staying at this home!We spent a lot of time sitting down by the lake on the lake chairs or on the logs or just hanging out on by the water. We got up early both days to see the sunrise and it was amazing. We also spotted deer, river otters, ducks, and some loons while down near the water. The house was great, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice and updated. The house was very clean with plenty of towels and supplies. The dining table was great for meals as well as the table on the deck. The many windows fill the house with natural light and with views of the forest or lake in every direction. The air conditioning keeps the rooms comfortable in the summer. We took several hikes on both sides of the lake and the trails are beautiful through the rainforest with huge trees covered with moss and ferns all around. It really feels surreal like something out of a movie. The lodge across the lake has kayaks and paddle boards so we rented them one morning and we were the only ones out on the lake. It was so crystal clear and beautiful. The host was great about providing information about the place, how to get in and also quickly responding to questions. The location was great - quiet but easy to find and get to. We would definitely love to stay here again!"
Lake Quinault Cottage Cove Stay&Play" OR "Relax&Revive In Olympic National Park
10/10 Excellent
"The property was right on the lake and lovely. Plan to bring any food, or condiments you will use. There is a drip coffee maker and a kerig. There is a pizza place and a small grocery with in 10 minutes. There are kayaks shared with the house next door on the beach. Unfortunately my husband got sick and we had to leave early."
