"We were charged a lot (avg $339.30 over three days) for a room that must have looked great twenty or thirty years ago. The bathroom was a little sketchy and had some dark corners, bad wall patching and black between the bathtub tiles. The toilet paper holder was underneath the sink and when it ran out we could not reach the holder to refill it ourselves so we left the new roll on the vanity. It stayed there for the duration. There was no daily service as far as we could tell. We didn't expect the bedding or towels changed but kinda thought the coffee packages would have been refilled and garbage taken out but there was no indication that anyone came into the room despite putting the door hanger on to please tidy up. It was listed as a deluxe king bed but we had two queens. It makes me wonder about how they keep track. I did check with the front desk when we got there because I thought something was off but they said nothing was wrong."

"Great property, We appreciated the small kitchenette and gas fireplace and location. The only complaint was the TV, it would have been nice to be able to connect to streaming services like u tube to search content on Banff area attractions to become more educated about our surroundings."

"The location is everything! We hiked the mile to and from Lake Louise for the Lake Moraine shuttle one day and back the next to hike to the Tea House. It was a beautiful drive to and from Banff for shopping and dinner. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and had everything you would need. Loved the fresh cream, milk and oat milk and also the complimentary local teas."

"Great place to stay! Walkable to Lake Louise (1 mi.) and forget fighting the traffic! Host was great and the cabin was 5 min to the city center of Lake Louise. The listing does not detail this distance information correctly. This was a perfect place to stay and not fight the crowds. Highly recommend!"
