FANTASTIC VIEWS IN ALL DIRECTIONS!!!  This Lovely Condo overlooks the golf course with spectacular views of Rumbling Bald Mountain.  Or enjoy the peace and serenity of your back deck, which overlooks Bald Mountain Lake.  Just a few steps away you’ll find a fishing pier, sheltered picnic table, and charcoal grill.  And most of the amenities are a short drive or leisurely walk away, including Restaurants, the beach and cabana, and the wellness center.
 
This beautiful condo has two queen beds in the first bedroom with a 40" inch flat screen DVR HDTV and private bath. In the second bedroom, you'll find two queen size beds with a second 40" DVR HD TV and private bath. The living room has an open floor plan with a large 50" flat screen DVR HD TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra company. You will find all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, hardwood floors, WiFi, and flat screen TVs, including, of course, the Golf Channel.

You will be able to enjoy all of the amenities including two golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, Wellness center, lazy river, Lake Lure beachfront, miniature golf, tennis, marina with boat rentals, and restaurants. 
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
