They changed breakfast to requiring a coupon but my room came with breakfast. The front desk didn't know about this and didnt have coupons. The room carpet was stained. There is a smell in the room. Its very outdated. "

"The hotel was under major renovation in the public spaces and potential guests were not made aware of that before booking. The hotel public spaces were very dirty, expected to eat in a nasty conference room where a guest brought a huge dog into the breakfast space, no services such as restaurant or bar was available in common spaces. No soap was left in the room and the most annoying was issues with no television service for three nights. Contacted front desk several times concerning the television service and asked for compensation and all I received was, “sorry”. "

"This place should be condemned. It is so old, outdated and in disrepair that none should be allowed to stay here, let alone pay to be a guest. Avoid at all costs. "
