No real interaction with staff as there is none onsite but if in the area for another cruise, we would most likely book here again. No nearby food that we felt safe walking to. We door dashed both dinner and breakfast the next morning."

"Awful stay. I booked a room with 2 beds. I arrive and they tell me they only have a room with 1 bed since they over booked. They offered zero compensation. They advertise Wifi but that only exists in the reception office. Room had a stale smell and the shower had mold. Immediately demanding a full refund for this terrible stay. "

"I paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate. The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is positioned. The gym is very minimal. There are two treadmills and a Peloton in a space the size of a small closet. Guests expecting a luxury fitness setup will likely be disappointed. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee and a croissant, which felt inadequate considering the nightly cost. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant, the location was convenient, and the car service was a nice touch. Overall, the experience did not align with the price. I could have stayed at The Colony for around $1,100 and likely received a more elevated experience. In my opinion this feels like a $400 to $500 per night property, not $1,600"

"We had such an amazing stay here. The architecture and charm of the property completely won us over. It has so much character, but still feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed.The house was incredibly well stocked. Every little thing we needed was already there, which made the whole trip feel effortless. You can tell the host truly cares about the guest experience. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.One of our favorite parts was getting to meet the other guests staying in the cottages. It added such a fun, welcoming vibe to the stay.Everything about this place felt easy and special. I’m already excited knowing we found our go to spot in West Palm and will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend."

"This was unfortunately a terrible experience, primarily as a result of the host, how they treated us, and an issue with them pushing to do work in the unit during our stay. Thankfully VRBO made it right and we were able to recoup most of our spend as the issues were not of our doing. I recommend all communication you have with the hosts be in writing should you choose to stay here.Regarding the property, the coffee machine was broken and the unit smelled musty, but for the price we could have made it work except for the issues we experienced with the host. "
