"We loved the house. The pool, the home theater, the game room, everything was great. However we had an unfortunate situation occur, where the power went out due to a wind storm. While we know it was not anyone's fault, we did not receive any form of communication even after trying to contact the owners/managers. We had no access to the amenities for 24 hours, and needed advice on managing the situation, being unable to use anything electric related. We managed on our own, but lost a day of our vacation, in some very cold nights. We've heard nothing about a refund for what we missed out on. Like I said, we loved the house, and enjoyed our other days there thoroughly, we would love to return under better circumstances, but the lack of communication was a big problem that derailed our vacation that we spent a good amount of money on."

"Great spot! I would point out a few items for future guests or the owner:-The hot faucet in the upstairs bathroom leaks/runs once its turned on then off. We had to shut off the hot water under the sink-The curtain holder in the kitchen was broken-The steam shower did not seem to work "

"This house was perfect for 12 of us. 5 kids and 7 adults. The location was great, the house was comfortable and big enough for all of us. The layout of the house flows great with the bedrooms on the top floor, community living space on main floor, and the game room on the bottom floor. The beds were SO comfortable in every room, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and the pool table and hot tub were a big favorite! Only thing needed were a few more shower towels. All 12 of us really enjoyed this house and vacation."

"Nice home with a wood stove. (We love a good wood stove with plenty of wood.) Beds were good except a few of the beds in the kids room were soft. Roomy kitchen, nice deck and a couple of minutes to Meyers. We enjoyed it and would book it again "

"My family really enjoyed the house it was perfect. The pool was perfect there was more than enough room. The next time I am in Tahoe I will defiantly rent this house again."
