In 1 word - basic Stayed for a night.. solved the purpose.. Room was a little smelly (smelled like moth balls), but seemed clean and stay-able. Basic amenities available like microwave, refrigerator.

Comfortable and clean. Nice that it had a mini frig & microwave. The renovations were nice but little things should have been done as well such as the stainless steel fixtures are rusted and shelf that holds microwave needs to be replaced.

Beachway Inn

Sunny palms was overbooked so the moved us to their other property. They were going to upcharge us for the other property. We contested and the agreed. The other property beachway inn was clean and spacious the bed was horrible it was has and and sagged to the middle. There was a light in the closet that did not have a swith to turn off.

Very no-frills motel. Front staff were nice, and the tv and shower and bed were all fine. It’s just very basic and was a little dirty (lots of hairs, some mosquitos, not new…). if The rooms are right by a road and I was next to a loud laundry room. It’s fine enough if you’re on a budget.

The staff and management are friendly and helpful but the clientele lower the rating. The rooms have very thin walls. You can hear everything happening in the adjacent room. Our neighbor blasted bass all night and we couldn’t sleep. People hanging out in the parking lot, going up and down the stairs and balcony all night being loud. In my opinion this is not a place for travelers or families who are seeking a safe and quiet night’s sleep. All of that being said, the room seemed clean and in good condition.

When we first got our room the TV didn't work and we weren't very happy. Not only because of the TV, but we had drove very far for a funeral. Then very nice man in the office upgraded us to the suite and it was fantastic. Clean and smelled really good , the bed was so comfy and we were completely surprised by the offer. 5stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was great location, i feel over priced for quality. They are doing a lot of upgrades so its in transition. No usb ports in room. But it was comfortable enough.

Pros: The interior of the room looked nice, like it had been recently updated. It was very clean and well-kept. The overhead rain shower was great. Wifi and AC worked well. Communications/service from the front desk were good. Cons: The TV didn't work in the first room I entered, so they moved me to a different room. Both rooms had a bit of a lingering odor of cigarette smoke (at this price I was not expecting to smell this). Not too bad but noticeable at all times, and could smell it on my clothes when I exited the room. Pillows could have been better quality. There were some stains on the ceiling which appeared to be mold. A lot of shady characters walking around the immediate area surrounding the property.

Poor check-in experience, but beautiful room

The hotel was clean and well kept. The only issue I had was that I was a late arrival. I was dropped off by an Uber to find that the office was closed. There was no manager or employee on site. There was a phone number to call on the door. I called that and it didn’t connect to anyone. That was an unsettling experience, a woman traveling alone sitting on the curb trying to come up with plan B. After about 15-20 minutes someone arrived, checked me in, and escorted me to my room. The room was upgraded beautifully and was very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. But travelers should be made aware that there may not be anyone on site if a late arrival.

The room was spacious and spotless. The mini split a/c was more than adequate. The manager was great. He allowed early check in and showed me thr room prior to me just going up there. I highly recommend the upgraded king room.
