Comfy stay

The host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the location was close to nearby landmarks and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Would stay again!

Perfect location

It was the perfect spot for me to be close to the beach and not far from downtown. It was cozy and just the right size for one person and it was super clean! The host responded fast as well. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfect Cozy Spot

This place is exactly as described in the pictures. I stayed there one month for my school. For a single person or a couple, perfect getaway spot. While having your own privacy, safe and clean neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and very close to the beach. Lisa is a great host and always very communicative. I have stayed at this place repeatedly and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to explore the Palm Beach area. Very clean and perfect accommodations for a short stay. Nice kitchen area, bed was very comfortable, nice shower and a quiet outdoor area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Lisa was very helpful in planning our stay and keeps informed.

This place smells so fresh and clean the minute you step inside! It was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet. And Lisa the host was very responsive to a few minor issues I had. I would definitely stay again.

We had a good time at this property. It is part of a multiple unit, one story building.The property managers were very easy to communicate with. Lisa was timely in her repsonses to our questions before and during our stay.This unit is good for singles or a couple. It is one large room with a bed and a TV on a wall mount.The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit makes this a good place for a longer term stay.The shower had good water pressure. And they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body like the hotels do now in wall mounted dispensers in the shower stall.The kitchen area has very nice, modern appliances in good working order. We did not cook anything here but microwaved breakfasts and made coffee.We have stayed in this area before so we knew about walking to Over EZ cafe, Starbucks, and Vincent's French Bakery for wonderful croissants.On street parking worked better at this place than other, more crowded areas of Lake Worth Beach.Thanks much for a good time in Florida!
