Gym was ok although the treadmill base I used had a layer of engrained sticky dust / gunk on it, as well as over the floor corners and window sills. Pool was ok."

"This is the first time I stay in this hotel with my family. The carpark just next to the hotel but no more hotel guest price. We have to park there by paying two days price as we arrived at 4pm and planned to leave at next day 10am. The room and the hotel is clean and in modern design. Swimming pool is a big crowned and lack of space for us to put our belongings at the poolside. Breakfast is perfect and food refill in minutes. The only thing which cannot gain a five star is room network and wifi is zero signal. We can just access in lobby ( I don’t know how’s other room). Other than that, all is perfect. "

When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. "Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on arrival and food was good and reasonably priced. We stayed at rooms 207 & 208 which I guess is in the old part of the building so dated as expected but it was clean. Ample parking and located conveniently in the middle of town near shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay."
