The space
This spot is the real deal!. Tucked in the hills of El Cajon, it’s all about the backyard-think private pool, relaxing spa, waterslide, and loads of space to kick back or play. This home has vacation vibes written all over it.

Inside, the main level brings everyone together. The open layout connects the sleek kitchen, 8 seat dining table, and a comfy living room that’s perfect for movie nights or chilling by the fireplace.

Head upstairs and you'll find four private bedrooms, with a fifth downstairs. There’s plenty of space for the whole crew. Sleeping arrangements are super flexible:

☆ Main Suite: King bed, twin bed + extra twin roll-away
☆ Bedroom 2: Queen bed
☆ Bedroom 3: Twin over twin bunk + queen bed
☆ Bedroom 4: King bed + twin over twin bunk bed
☆ Bedroom 5 (downstairs): King bed

Every bedroom has its own Smart TV and ample storage, so you’ll feel settled in no time. There's an extra full bathroom upstairs, too, with a tub/shower combo.

Now, the backyard? It can’t be beat! A pool that can be heated (yes, even in winter), waterslide, hot tub, tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded outdoor dining, fire pit, playground, and space to serve up a volleyball or badminton match. Add in an outdoor TV, garage gym, and ping pong, and you've got something for everyone.

Other things to note
* We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.

* The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

* This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

* Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free

* A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.

* After 14 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.

* Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.

Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
