"Excellent desk staff. Clean room and bathroom. Bathroom not convent for short or elderly persons. Toilets are low. Shampoo and soap fasten Ed to tub wall is too high for shorter persons to reach. Breakfast area limited in space."

Chautauqua Lake Front Property - Short Walk to the Village of Bemus Point!

"The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for all of us. It did rain for a little every day, but we loved having the sun room to still enjoy the views of the lake during that time. The double oven and fridge were truly amazing and so incredibly helpful. My boys (7 & 1) loved the rock speakers that lit up and we had small little dance parties once the sun started going down of favorite Disney songs. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of multi-generations. The closeness to town was perfect! We loved the house and the location. There was construction happening on the bridge at the time, but it didn’t really bother us. My one year old loveedddd the view of the bridge watching all of the trucks drive by. It was definitely a memory we’ll have forever."
