"Everything was great! Pools were nice, only thing is food is super repetitive and even if you paid for your buffet you’re not allowed to fill up your water bottle while it’s 40+ degrees out and I thought that was a bit bizarre. It’s just water."

"The kindest, sweetest, and most helpful staff!! The riad was absolutely stunning! The mint tea was the best I had in all of Morocco. I lost my makeup bag and the staff was able to locate and hold it for me for a few days while I was out in the Sahara Desert. It would probably be the best idea to secure airport pickup through the riad as many drivers are not sure where exactly to drop you off. I can’t recommend this spot enough!"

"This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed. Room very spacious and cleaned daily. Location is great right in middle of old town close to everything and the hustle and bustle of the town. Rooftop chill area was a nice surprise with pool and hot tub and plenty of loungers. Staff were helpful and pleasant."

"The staff was very helpful with everything from scheduling our airport pick up to restaurant suggestions and spa appointments. The riad is made up of multiple buildings so its a bit of a maze. The breakfast was fantastic."

"The overall hotel was very grand, luxurious feel, helpful staff and overall a great stay. The breakfast was incredible, a brilliant selection and calm atmosphere; which was the same throughout the hotel. The only minor issues were the bathroom in our room had not been maintained too well (rusty and mouldy), the temperature valve would not work. We had a couple of small issues with the TV not turning off on our arrival, which took 4 requests over the afternoon and evening for someone to come and help, other than that great service really."
