"I had an amazing stay at The Peninsula, and I loved the river shuttle that took me over to the ICON SIAM mall next door. There was a wonderful man, Khun Paul, who helped run the shuttle and he was so kind and friendly! Also, I really enjoyed the Muay Thai kickboxing class; I did not get the instructor's name, but he taught a great class. The view from my room on the 33rd floor was awesome, looking out over Bangkok and the Chao Phraya river. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in the city!"

"Nice hotel, clean spaces and friendly staff. The area next to the pool is under construction and was a bit distracting. Rooftop restaurant Seen had amazing views but the food was not at all worth the price."

It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a combination of a winning location, comfort, and style. * Prime Location & Shopping: The hotel is centrally located and extremely accessible, just a short walk from some of the best shopping malls in the city, including MBK Center, Siam Paragon, and Siam Discovery. * Dining & Food Scene: Right around the hotel, you will find a street packed with fantastic Asian restaurants and eateries. A huge advantage here is the ability to sit down and enjoy great food in air-conditioned restaurants—a true blessing after a hot day exploring Bangkok. * Hotel Facilities: The hotel features a great gym and a lovely pool, which are both perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. * Breakfast & Service: The breakfast was great with plenty of variety, and the hotel staff were simply wonderful—welcoming us warmly and always happy to assist with any request. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Great staff and clean room. However, we have a situation of hot water running with no cold water option that I have to request they shut hot water down in order to bath without getting too hot. Helpful staff try to fix but it was too late at night to do anything more."
