"Hotel is new and the facilities are also very new. We didn’t really like the service though, there is little attention to the customer (for example the staff never comes by the pool to ask if we needed a drink or snack and the bars were almost always closed which meant we had to walk down to the restaurant to get any drink). Also breakfast is subpar, very little choice of savoury options. "

"The staff was nice and helpful, mainly the servers at the breakfast, which in general for that kind of hotel was good, mainly the selection of fresh fruits. The location is good, in a walking distance to the harbor and the main street, Via Roma, were plenty of shops and eateries are established. In front of the hotel is space to park a car. What we disliked is the very bad internet. Most of the time even impossible to connect. According to the front desk it is a problem in whole Lampedusa....

"Balata Bianca is a clean, modern, and very comfortable hotel with five guestrooms. It's conveniently located within easy walking distance of the old port and restaurants by the harbor as well as a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian street Via Roma with all of its shops and restaurants. Some of the guestrooms have a small balcony with a view of the harbor. The shower has soothing mood lighting that changes colors. The lovely covered breakfast terrace is on the roof with views of the harbor on one...
