Stylish Apartment “Goldfinger Individual” with Balcony, Garden & Pool

The modern and finely furnished apartment “Goldfinger Individual” is situated in a quiet area of Lana, a town in South Tyrol’s beautiful Etsch Valley (Val d’Adige), between Bolzano and Merano, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in the midst of a beautiful scenery. The 56 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people (an additional adult or child can be accommodated upon request). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a lift, satellite and cable television and a children's bed. A baby cot and a highchair can be provided upon request (an additional fee of €5 / day is added for the baby cot). The private balcony with seating furniture and beach chairs, from where you will have a nice view of the surrounding mountains, is the perfect place for your morning coffee. The garden area, which is shared with the other apartments, invites you to relax in the sun and bask on the beach chairs or take refreshing morning swims in the pool. Furthermore, it also offers a playground area for children. Due to the apartment’s central location, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and cafés can alle be reached within a 10-minute walk (750 m). The nearest cable car, which takes you to one of the many hiking and skiing areas is an 18-minute walk (1.4 km) from the apartment. The city of Meran, well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located a 15-minute drive (11 km) to the north, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano lies 28 km (a 30-minute drive) southeast of Lana. The closest international airport is near Innsbruck in Austria and can be reached after a a 2-hour drive (150 km).
