This beautifully presented 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor luxury apartment enjoys stunning views overlooking Lancelin Bay and offers all the comforts of resort-style accommodation. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach, local shops, tavern and restaurants, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, with sliding doors opening directly onto the large ocean-view balcony. The master ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath and double shower.

The second bedroom features two king-single beds, which can be clipped together to create a king-size bed upon request. This bedroom also has its own private ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.

The apartment boasts a generous open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, air conditioning and a dining table. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher.

Step outside onto the large front balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views while dining outdoors. There is also a rear balcony, complete with a Weber BBQ, providing another great space to enjoy an outdoor meal.

Downstairs, guests have access to a shared laundry facility, outdoor shower and communal backyard.

Full linen and towels are provided, so you can simply arrive and enjoy your stay.

The bottom-floor apartment is also available for rent. If you require accommodation for up to 4 bedrooms, you can book both Ocean View and Ocean Waves, allowing your group to stay together while still enjoying plenty of space and privacy.

This property strictly sleeps 4. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property. Sorry no pets.

For the safety and comfort of your group and others, Ocean is a totally non-smoking property both inside and outside- including the balconies and garden.
If any members of your group are smokers, please stay somewhere else.


Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. A late checkout may be possible on request. Minimum 2 night stay.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for windsurfing, kitesurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful, and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. This property has amazing views of Lancelin Bay.
