The receptionists were very nice. In the room were two dog bowls and a welcome package from Terra Canis with treats and food. There were also two bottles of mineral water for us.

Accommodations were top notch! Staff was were friendly and knowledgeable and quick to get us into our room! This is a great property for all but especially for 4 adults travelling together! Great Rates ! Great Rooms! Highly Recommend! Would stay here again!!!

On weekends it is very difficult to find a taxi to the nearest train station. Very weird. The receptionist said that on Sundays usually there a only fee taxis out and they are mostly booked in advance. He couldn’t order a cab for the next morning. He said guests come and leave by car mostly. Breakfast was very average.

We (myself, husband, and 8 months old child) booked 1 night at this hotel. Upon arrival they stated the baby bed should be in the room. There was a bed but it was missing posts in the side of the crib, completely unsafe for a baby, especially when placed in front of a window with curtains. We quickly informed the front desk personnel that told us they had never seen a baby bed with missing posts like that before. He then told us to just place it against the wall. my husband told him the furniture will need rearranging to accomplish that and the desk clerk told my husband to rearrange the furniture. My husband and I rearranged the furniture and placed the bed against the wall. The bed is on casters that do not lock so again it was very dangerous as my child could push against the wall to move the bed and fall out the side. We had to wedge furniture against the bed to make it stable. Then at breakfast, we were provided a high chair that was missing the safety strap. We had to use our knee in our baby's groin to prevent him from falling out through the bottom. The supposed air-conditioning is garbage. It does not cool at all. We have our baby's room thermometer and the reading was 24.3 C (outside temp 24 C) with the air conditioner on high all night it only "cooled" to 23.7 C the next morning (18 C outside). There were no fly screens and the outside noise was too loud for us to be able to leave the window open. Absolutely appalling service and safety for their smallest guests!
