The Beach House

La Maison de la Plage is located on Penfoul Beach in Landunvez.
It has direct access to the beach.
It is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a telephone (for calls within mainland France).
It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Its living area is approximately 110 m².

It includes:

On the first floor:
- An open kitchen with a dishwasher, double-bowl sink, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and a full set of cooking utensils.
- A living room with French doors opening onto the terrace, featuring a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a stool, a Spartherm wood-burning stove, and two bar stools near the kitchen. On the glass table: a flat-screen TV, satellite decoder, and DVD player.
- A dining room with a window, featuring a teak table that seats eight, six matching chairs (including two extra chairs), a console table made of exotic wood, and a teak chest.
- A bedroom with a large window, featuring a 160x200 bed, a nightstand, a storage cabinet, two dolphin-style armchairs, and a large built-in closet.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a vanity with a large sink and two large drawers, an electric towel warmer, and a washing machine.
- A separate toilet equipped with a sink.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a window and a skylight, furnished with two 90x200 single beds, a storage cabinet, and an armchair.
- A bedroom with a window and a skylight, furnished with a 140x200 double bed, a storage unit, shelves, and an armchair.
- A small bedroom with a window, furnished with a crib, a metal storage unit, and a stool.

Outside:
- A stone patio with a wooden and metal table, two painted wooden benches, and two wooden and rope deck chairs.
- A landscaped garden with a gate leading to stone steps that descend to the beach.
- Scattered throughout the garden are two sun loungers and three low tables made of woven resin.
- A gas grill
- A private parking area with two spaces.


Linens are provided and include: duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases for the beds; two bath towels per person; one beach towel per person; placemats; dish towels…
Dry firewood for the stove is provided (2 crates per week).
The house is tastefully decorated with numerous picture frames, decorative items, and lighting fixtures.
Each room is equipped with one or more electric heaters.
Hot water is provided by an electric water heater.
In the entryway closet: cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board with an iron.
