"Good: clean spacious room, good variety of continental breakfast options, one free electric car charging parking spot, free bottled water at check-in. Needs improvement: elevators are slow, building was noisy as in could hear people walking / floors creaking while in our room, barn doors for bathrooms are the worst design choice ever."

"This place is an older motel with exterior doors, which was not clearly communicated in any of the photos or booking details. And, the layout to find my room was not explained at all, and I actually had to drive around and walk quite a bit to find my room. And, while the room was clean, everything seemed to be just a bit old my door didn't really seal well, the chair was very worn, the curtains had cigarette burns in places, and the bathroom, while redone and obviously remodeled, just wasn't quite finished professionally. Again, it wasn't dirty, but just older and remodeled. "

"Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly and held our bags till our rooms were ready. Went to breakfast in the hotel and although service was very slow, the waitress was attentive and the food was delicious. When we went to check in I was given a room upgrade since 2 out of 3 of our rooms were ready. Highly recommend this place to stay. Also, we were given free margaritas!!! "

"Lobby was updated but rooms were not. Shower had scolding hot or freezing water, could not get anything else. Breakfast was ok but limited seating (6 tables). Computers were down so had to wait an hour before we could check in. Worst experience."
