"Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Originally a prison, it has been converted into a quirky, comfortable hotel retaining many of the features. The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. Situated on a lovely peaceful island within walking distance to Gamla Stan and the museums. The breakfast is amazing with an enormous variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Fabulous location. Many people note the small rooms - but as expected in a historic building, it is indeed on the smaller side- but charming and cozy which I believe is part of the adventure when traveling Europe. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast has a good variety and a nice way to start the day. I would definitely stay again."

"This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town."

"Nice historic building on a bit of a hill on a quiet street. It has a cobbled entry that is a little difficult with large luggage. The room was clean and a nice size. Room amenities and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite varied and there is lots of seating inside and outside the hotel. Very close to the subway. As well, if you enjoy vintage/ secondhand shopping, it is located in the midst of the Slow Fashion District. Really enjoyed my stay here!"
