This property was so fun for me and my friends to have a couple days away. Very close to food options, the beach, and different stores. The only thing is the doors don’t latch super well so mosquitos would get into the room but not anything terrible

Not the best place. Look elsewhere.

Positive: Location - very central, so close to beach and restaurants. Fresh towels daily. Washing machine. Negative: Needs an upgrade. Cleaned everyday, but so dirty under sofa and in bedrooms. The sponge for dishes was so old. Shower in one bathroom didn't work. Both toilet seats were broken. No cutlery or glasses (had cups and plates) Kitchenette but no cooking utensils, no toaster etc. TV was super old with basically no channels or connection to Netflix etc. WiFi was terrible

Poor value for money

Very basic room. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable - the bed springs were barely covered. Pillows were incredibly hard. Towels very thin ... Building works during the day and pool was very run down. Extremely poor value for money. On a positive note, the location is great.

It was terrible, there were ants everywhere and when we told the reception they told us that they couldn’t change rooms unless we paid 400RM extra. They sent someone to use ant spray and made the room smell of ant fumes, we had to check out and book another hotel. The bathroom also had a ton of ants, and the shower head was mouldy. It didn’t look like they had cleaned the room before we used it, there was still hair and sand everywhere.

Väldigt bra läge, nära till allt tex stranden. Stort rum med flera bord/skåp till förvaring, men ganska slitet. Kom in en mus en natt då det fanns hål under dörren. Fin städning dagligen. Bra öppettider i receptionen, men kanske inte det mest serviceminded personal. Mycket fin pool i välhållet skick, dock saknas där solbäddar. Väldigt rent utomhus på väger/stiger. Allt i allt nöjda med vistelse men är läget och pool som dra upp betyget.

Hyvällä paikalla oleva kunnostusta kaipaava resort

Hyvällä sijainnilla lähellä Cenangin rantaa, ravintoloita ja kauppoja, mutta silti rauhallisella paikalla oleva hotelli. Wifi oli aika huono, tv pieni ja huonekalut rikkinäisiä ja siivouksessa oli parantamisen varaa. Pyykinpesukone oli plussaa. Pieni uima-allas oli ihan hyvä, mutta allassääntöjä ei valvottu ja meno altaalla oli välillä aika hurjaa. Ja näyttää olevan maan tapa ettei käytetä uima-asuja vaan uidaaan tavallisilla vaatteilla.

Very Convenient!

Enjoyed the convenience of doorstep parking. Saves a lot of time going in and out! Location is Perfect! 5 Minutes walk to Duty Free Shops, Beach & Mall! However water pressure was low, and no room phone to call the lobby. Could be better.

Great location, friendly staff. The accommodation itself was generally clean and comfortable but walls could do with a clean or new paintjob. Breakfast included was good but I preferred the vegetarian option. LOVED LOVED the air conditioning in the room. The pool was lovely but as an older tourist with a minor disability a safety handrail to get in and out of the pool would have made my experience more pleasurable and safer. The water pressure in the shower was very poor as only getting droplets from shower head and management stated this was due to lack of rain. Overall, very happy with the hotel and cost.

GREAT STAY but..

Great Location!!! walking distance to the Cenang Beach for sunset View, Night Market, Malls, eateries, Shopping!!! Jammed Packed activities.. Only setback was the bfast set, mouldy toast and DND door signage was not in place thus they accessed the room during our absence for cleaning..

La cosa principale della struttura che e’ situata in un posto strategico proprio nel centro vicino a tutto.primo impatto che una persona ha quando vede da fuori tutto e’ molto carino e caratteristiche più quando si entra si capisce che c’è il minimo essenziale ( almeno per quanto riguarda la camera che ho prenotato io chalet romantico ma dalle foto mi sembrava meglio.grande pecca la brutta colazione standard per tutti che e’ compresa proprio pessima e il letto con le molle che si piantano nella schiena

Toiletries in terms of shower foam and shampoo has to be separated. Watchable TV channels aren't there. Local channels which we don't watch. Other than that, It's a good place to stay. Clean, friendly and polite staffs and somewhat peaceful.

In bathroom spray did not work. toilet was not in usable condition. reception isn't available for 24Hrs, looted my money in thename of deposit & never returned. I wont recommend this to my friends.
