"Our stay at The Watermark Hotel was exceptional. The combination of a beautiful room with a fantastic view, the hotel's convenient location, and its impressive amenities made for a truly memorable staycation. "Location and friendliness of the staff"

"All of the staff were wonderful! From check-in to breakfast to check-out. My only concern was the narrow exit for the parking garage. Fortunately, there was a sign warning about the narrowness. But angle by which we must approach the exit makes it difficult to clear the exit without scraping. I backed up a couple of times to try to get a better angle of approach. Fortunately, I had success making my way through but it was tight. If I stay here again, I will opt for street parking."

"The room was clean, albeit very warm initially with the heat set at 78! The staff was nice, the building was in fine condition. The “breakfast” is coffee/tea and some prepackaged, individual muffins or nutrigrain bars. Not what I would call a continental breakfast as I have experienced it anywhere else. The location is good, close to Tysons mall/station, and the mall has free parking so you can easily get into the city without worrying about driving there. "

"While the hotel is clean, well maintained and reasonably priced, the continental breakfast is a joke. It consists of an overripe banana, a kids fruit cup and a piece of bread which they hand to you from behind the front desk. If you stay here you should budget for eating breakfast at a restaurant."

"Firstly the door lock on my room was broken. It could not lock until you held the door from the inside a certain way. No one came to fix it. At times I would have to leave the room door opens which was worrisome that someone could come in and take my things. The restaurant in the hotel was not a great experience. We stood there for 9 minutes waiting for help, while an employee sat at a table talking on the phone. I assumed she was on break, and when I asked her if she was she told the person to hold on and no she wasn’t. Then said the person that works the front isn’t there. Ok we see that. Is the restaurant closed? She said no and proceeded to talk on the phone. I was livid. I went to the front desk to complain and the manager on duty gave me a $10 drink card, as if that helped the experience. I left the property to have dinner off site with my room door unlocked. I will never frequent this place again. I do. It recommend. "
