The staff were friendly and helpful. Our assigned room was not clean but they quickly assigned us a nice room. The pool was nice but the hot tub water was yellow and not appealing. Otherwise we had a nice time.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great with plenty of clean towels. The hotel is within walking distance of a few restaurants, but is within a few blocks of several restaurants and a large gas station. Great location!

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a family of 6 staying at the hotel with 2 rooms. They got us a rollout bed upon request, froze our ice cream cake upon request, and helped us when the food we purchased from the lobby market was expired. Just felt like staff was friendlier than the usual.

Our stay at Spark provided everything we were looking for. It was conveniently located. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. To top it off, the price couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be staying at the Spark again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Lansing area.
