"Really great hotel, staff and amenities — we visited mid-April, and unfortunately the main pool was too cold to swim in. We had a few chilly moments in the heated pool, but the only thing that would make this experience better are heated pools."

"Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special."

"A really lovely well maintained hotel. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice. All the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Really loved how peaceful it was in the day. The location was perfect, just the right distance for a stroll into Playa Blanca. We were given an upgrade on arrival so had access to the quiet pool, self service bar and seating area which, except for some road noise, was great.
