The accommodation includes a cozy double deck bed with a queen-sized bed on the top and a double bed on the bottom, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

The property is equipped with a silent split-type air conditioner, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay without any disruptive noise.

Guests have full access to the entire tiny house, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. You can enjoy all the amenities and spaces, from the cozy living area and well-equipped kitchen to the serene bedroom and bathroom..

Please note that the property is situated in a local neighborhood and does not have parking on-site. All parking is available exclusively in Mactan Newtown, which is a paid parking facility located approximately 300 meters away.

By booking agree to the house rules below.

1. No smoking indoors.
2. No parties or events.
3. Keep the space clean.
4. Be considerate of neighbors.
5. Respect quiet hours from 9pm to 7am.
6. No pets allowed.
7. No unregistered guests are allowed.
8. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom.
9. Please turn off the Air-conditioner when you go out
10. Please respect check-in and check-out TIME check-in: 2:00 pm | Check-out: 12:00pm.
11. Please take care of your keys. lost keys incur a replacement fee of 150Php.
12. Please take care of the furnishings. you have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
13. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
14. Please do your dishes.
15. Please take the trash out before you leave.
16. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.


Towels:
Each registered guest is provided with one towel upon check-in.
Towels are replaced every 3 days at no additional cost.
If you require a towel replacement before the 3-day interval, a fee of 50 PHP per towel will be charged.

CLEANING
Sheets:
Bed sheets are replaced every 7 days at no additional cost.
If you need bed sheets replaced before the 7-day interval, a fee of 150PHP per sheet will apply.

STAINS:
Stains on towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers will incur an additional cleaning fee of 500 PHP.

Cleaning:
FOR LONGER STAYS, The property is cleaned every 7 days as part of your stay.
FOR SHORTER STAYS, If you would like additional cleaning within the 7-day period, a fee of 500 PHP will be charged.
