"Superbe hôtel, neuf !"

"It’s a good hotel . The living room area in the room is a bit dark. If was there for an extended period of time I would get an extra lamp. I also wish all the amenities were properly mentioned at check in . Dinner time , restaurant times ect. None of it is mentioned. Sure it’s on the key jacket but it makes a difference to have that interaction because not everyone is familiar with embassy suites. The breakfast in the morning is a bit cold , it’s not being checked on or turned to ensure it stays hot. it’s a clean and renovated hotel the rooms are great . Overall it’s still a place I would continue to stay and I do recommend."

"I booked this with at least a month in advance and I double checked a week before to make sure everything was okay with the booking, I was told yes. Only to walk in day of booking that it was double booked. The host sent me to another property of theirs, which I went to because I didn’t have another choice, but the point was that I booked this property and it wasn’t even guaranteed because they put the listing on multiple websites. This was the second time this happened to me by this host. Yes, they had a backup but I don’t think it was fair. If you’re gonna put it up on multiple websites, at least know how to manage them."
