"Overall, our stay was just okay. The biggest downside was that the amenities felt quite old and in need of updating. The rooms were also outdated, which took away from the overall experience and comfort we were expecting. The food was another area that could use improvement. While it wasn’t bad, there was very little variety, and the menu didn’t seem to change much during our stay, which became repetitive. That said, the staff was a highlight of the trip—everyone we encountered was great, responsive, and respectful, which we truly appreciated. "

"Got the cheap room in back no view but nice pool and breakfast included. Not a lot of affordable options for dinner mostly private resorts between hotel and beach but we could sneak through. "

"I’ve been back here many times I love this place. I love the size. I love the people if you want a quiet vacation with beautiful surroundings. This is a place to come to. I actually don’t want to tell many people this because I don’t want it to become overcrowded."

"We enjoyed great balcony view from room high up on hillside overlooking Tangolunda Bay. Trade off for that is frequent shuttle rides between the beach and our room, but the shuttles run often and it was worth it to have both - balcony view from high vantage point and beach access. Food quality at the buffet was quite good - I’d rate the 2 A la Carte restaurants as average at best. Overall we were happy with our time at Park Royal."

"The room was very neat and clean but we had ants very tiny ones. They were for some reason on bed. My husband is somewhat allergic to them so he had some bites on his legs. Staff was great. View was awesome. Air conditioning was not so good. We were hot at night. We could also use a small fridge also. Pool was beautiful. "
