• Pool and Hot Tub Maintenance: Every Monday between approximately 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, our pool professional will service the pool and hot tub. The visit typically takes 15–20 minutes. They will not enter the house and will only access the backyard through the side gate.
• Pest Control: On the first Saturday of each month between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, our pest control expert will perform maintenance, which takes about 10 minutes. They will only access the exterior of the house through the side door and will not enter the house.

This is a great property, for all ages. Quiet and safe neighborhood. All the amenities that you need for a home away from home. Very clean and easy check in / check out process. Host was extremely responsive and great to work with! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great quiet retreat in a suburban neighborhood near plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. Hot tub was excellent after hiking in the mountains. A little too cool for the pool, but the back yard is very inviting. Plenty of towels, coffee, and family space. Will be back!

Nice home in a quiet location
Home has recently been remodeled as everything inside appeared new and clean. Quiet residential neighborhood near plenty of restaurants and shopping.My family was so much happier staying here than in a hotel, in fact, my teenage daughter asked if we could always stay here when we come to Vegas.
