  • Beautiful spacious four bedroom and a loft/game room family home with a relaxing backyard to enjoy with family and friends. 3 - car driveway and free street parking allowed. Surveillance cameras outside the perimeter, none inside the home. No pool available at this listing. Conveniently located near Costco, Sams Club, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Super Walmart and various restaurants, fast food and grocery stores. Craig Ranch park is 5 mins away. The Strip is 20 mins away and 15 mins to Downtown. McCarran airport is 25 mins away. Las Vegas Motor Speedway is 15 mins away. Only a few minutes from I-95, I-15 and 215 North beltway.
