Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on air conditioners, our thermostat is set and locked at 72°F to prevent system burnout.

The temperature cannot be adjusted. For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors. Driveway and street parking available

Full Access: The entire place is yours. All we ask is be a good neighbor, quiet when in front or backyard, and treat the home well.
