You`ll be just 10 minutes from the world-famous Strip, 8 minutes from Allegiant Stadium, and 15 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport. Nearby, you`ll find local restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and shopping centers. With easy freeway access, it`s simple to explore all that Las Vegas has to offer—whether you`re heading to casinos, Red Rock Canyon, or family attractions like Town Square and Topgolf. This location is ideal for both relaxing retreats and exciting city adventures.
Car Rental / Personal Vehicle – Most convenient for exploring the Strip, nearby attractions, and day trips; free garage parking available on-site for up to 3 vehicles.
Rideshare Services (Uber/Lyft) – Widely available and affordable, perfect for quick trips to the Strip, airport, or downtown without the hassle of parking.
Public Transit (RTC Bus) – The local bus system has nearby stops and routes connecting to major areas, including the Strip and downtown Las Vegas.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
