Booked this room because of the shower/jacuzzi and the kitchen. Had a nice romantic trip with my girl and got to cook meals for each other. Super conveniant location and nice and spacious. Will be back!

My room had a spectacular view of the strip. I loved the huge balcony where I could get fresh air and read a book. Room came with combo washer and dryer. Our room had groovey 70's vibe decor.

In my experience in Las Vegas, I believe this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the past few years. The service is excellent, the hotel is clean, and they offer free self-parking as well as free valet parking. That’s definitely one of the best perks. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great after we asked to be moved as we needed separate rooms for sleeping and the original room had no privacy. We ended up having to pay a little more, but the upgrade was good. For the price I would have preferred to stay on the strip.

The aesthetics of the room like the bed frame around the bed appeared torn up, the couch appeared also outdated. Bathroom was nice and no concerns enjoyed the jetted tub and walk in shower head too. For the palms I was expecting a little bit more but it was a 5 min walk to connect to casino which a perk was that it’s an indoor walkway.

Love this room would stay here again and again. I was bummed the balcony’s aren’t accessible but you were told before hand. The price was perfect & it’s connected to the palms via indoor sky walk which leads you directly to the strip if you don’t want to drive overall love the room it was clean and VERY specious

Despite the website saying the pool was open until the end of October (we stayed Oct 2-4), the pool was closed and yet we were charged the resort fees! We had to get re-imbursed for that. The room was worn down and has seen better days. The head board was completely destroyed. It was clean though. Our neighbours partied one night until 4 a.m. and despite us calling the front desk twice, they never shut it down. Would not recommend this hotel for the price you pay.

Check in was really delayed. They had two people at the front desk. One lady, it was her second day there. She had to keep asking the other lady for help, who then stopped what she was doing to help her. Our room was clean, but it smelled like smoke still lingering from the 1990’s. As soon as the door opened you could smell it and it stayed with you. Overall, besides the delayed check-in, room not being ready, and the room (33-306) smelling like old smoke— it was a good stay. The pool area was nice!
