I wish they would’ve included that the kids play area has been shut down SINCE COVID. Like why is it still even being advertised? That place is the whole reason we booked there.
Anyways, the pools are fine, personally I think it should be bigger for the size of the property but whatever. The pool bar needs more than one bartender! The line was always ridiculous. They do have lifeguards and a clean dedicated restroom area and provide towels, so that’s a huge plus!
I had to complain several times about someone on my floor smoking weed, and I’m talking it was really bad. (I mean come in people I don’t need my kids getting contact high, be more courteous). They only offered us a change of room, no they wouldn’t have bellhops helping us and they only gave us 30 minutes to switch before the key no longer worked. And no they didn’t offer us any credit or meal ticket or anything, which in my professional opinion, is not very good customer service. Matter of fact the only semi decent employee interaction I had was with some of the security guards stationed outside the elevator.
Speaking of elevator, be wary, they feel very old and dangerous and out of the 6, only 3 of them work all the time.
The rooms were nasteeee. (And outdated) Did we get any help on that either? Nope. Just another offer to change rooms. I mean seriously, as someone who works customer service, please start hiring people with better report skills and pleasant communication.
All in all i will never return
