The location is GREAT!!!!!! Located less than 10 min from the buzz of the Las Vegas strip, McCarren Airport and the future home of the Las Vegas Raiders!
From the crystal-clear pool and spa to the incredible 3,400 sq ft home this is your vacation destination.
The house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and ½ bath downstairs.
A spacious kitchen is complete with appliances and cookware, 2 separate living areas, and a game room with poker table, bumper pool and foosball. There’s even a casino video poker machine! (not for money just for fun 😊) The enormous living room is equipped with a 72” smart TV and seating for 10 plus. Super-fast Wi-Fi for the TV's and your enjoyment. There is plenty of room to spread out in the large upper loft, with seating for 5 and a 60” TV
With 1 king, 3 queen ,we can easily accommodate 8 for sleeping. All of the bedrooms also include smart TVs ranging in size from 42” (queen) to 60” (king)
Swimming in our resort style pool. or sitting on the Baja shelf with a cold beverage is the ultimate fun in the sun. The spa is heated to an enjoyable 102 from 6 to 10 nightly *POOL IS NOT HEATED*Please inquire for additional charge for pool to be heated.(Out of respect for our neighbors the spa will shut off at 10 pm. ) Sit back and enjoy our incredible patio, equipped with a 5-burner grill and table seating for 6. Relax on the patio sofa or the 2 gliding swivel chairs and enjoy the mesmerizing pool lights.
A washer and dryer are on site for guests to use.
We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Uber/Lyft is available 24/7 with very reasonable rates to all of the Las Vegas action.
We invite you to enjoy our fabulous home, we also request you treat our home and our neighbors with respect. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A PARTY HOUSE*! Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud music and or large parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Any violation of this will be cause for immediate eviction and or lose of damage deposit. Pets are not allowed and all deposits will be lost if violated.
Side yard RV parking is available upon request only.

Stay in Vegas for Grandson’s graduation

It was a perfect space to gather for our family. Plenty of room and the 3 boys ages 9-12 loved the pool and the “slots” the location was ideal for the activities we attended for the graduation and easy access to the airport.

Weekend Retreat

Property was in a great place for our needs. Close to everything and had great amenities including the pool and hot tub. Hopefully we can stay here again on our next bowling 🎳 adventure.

Our favorite Vegas property

We always stay here when we are in Vegas and feel so much at home here! The hosts are easy to reach and very accommodating. The property is clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are just as fantastic as pictured, and the beds very comfortable! Also close to the airport and everything you could want in Vegas.

perfect family friendly getaway

tucked away at the end of a culdesac and with a pool. it was walkable to either Target or Albertsons for groceries, and even a quick trip to In & Out Burger. also a quick uber trip to the Strip for any shows/attractions, but it was great to have the privacy of a home and save some time and money on eating. very relaxing and we were able to beat the crazy heat with the pool all day!

Great location and Pool

House is plenty big and the pool is such a fabulous asset. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub is only heated from 7-10 at night. That was a real bummer but other than that it was a fabulous property.

Always exceptional!

My friends and I visit Vegas 3-4 times a year and now will only stay here. It has everything we need and want, the owners are very responsive. It’s so comfortable from the climate control to the beds to the reclining living room chairs. The pool and hot tub work perfectly and are beautiful. All is very clean and I had no concerns. I highly recommend this property .

Perfect Vegas Staycation!

Myself and my two closest childhood friends spend three nights at this property. The house is awesome and perfect for a small or larger group and would be great for a family or even a family reunion . The living spaces are very comfortable and the amenities are a nice addition. The location is great and it is very easy to access main roads to get shaver you need to. There is plenty of shopping and food nearby as well as a casino if that’s your sort of thing. Communication was easy and quick and the check in and check out totally painless. Would for sure book again!

Weekend getaway

Wind picked up the patio umbrella and it broke. We notified owners when we discovered it in the morning and they charged us for damage, but we did not do anything negligent or cause the damage. We just happened to be there when the wind started.

Couldn't be happier!

This was actually our second time staying at this property, since we had such a great time during our first stay! Dena and Andy are wonderful hosts and their property is stunning. The location is simply perfect, a short drive to The Strip, minutes from everything worth doing in Vegas, yet the neighborhood is quiet enough to feel like the middle of nowhere. The entire property is gorgeous, the beautiful pool is a fun and serene way to beat the heat, and the inside is amazingly furnished. As someone who enjoys cooking, this is hands down my favorite kitchen in any house I've ever seen! If you're planning on visiting Las Vegas, you'd be doing yourself a favour by considering this lovely home for your vacation rental. My family and I visit every year and we usually prefer to try a different rental home each time. But we unanimously agreed to stay here again when we saw it was available! That's how much we love this house and these hosts.

My family had a great stay at this house. It has plenty of room. Close to the strip. Close to the airport. Stores close by. The pool and spa were great! Host answers questions quickly. Would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful Christmas Gathering

The house was wonderful and exactly as advertised. My entire extended family had an amazing Christmas Eve Day at the house complete with a Prime Rib dinner prepared at the house. I would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arose.

Short family vacation, Short drive to the strip and everything we wanted to do. The house fit us perfectly and felt at home.
