"The unit we had was very clean and I had no complaints. It is definitely a different experience to rent a whole apartment as if I was a new tenant, but it was cool. I was able to access the amenities on the apartment complex and had access to a maintenance team in case something went wrong. The "application" process is a little extra in my opinion but I guess the apartment complexes the Landing companies use certainly have a bit more of a liability requirement since they have tenants and not just all short term guest."

"Our stay was overall very fun, and the house was accommodating for all who stayed. Some key points to note, the dock was not in working condition. It is broken at the end however you are able to go to the edge of the dock to look in the water. There were some cleanliness issues including some food beneath the couch and ants. The location is by the lake, so some bugs were expected. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped remediate any issues we had. Overall, it was a great time for my little sister’s bachelorette! "
