"We just wanted to personally thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family this weekend. We have stayed in many places over the years traveling for fishing tournaments, but this has truly been one of the most special and memorable places we’ve ever stayed.From the moment we arrived, we felt at peace. The outside area is absolutely breathtaking — the pergola lights, fire pit, lake views, and especially the jasmine vines filling the air with the sweetest smell made it feel almost magical. Then walking inside and hearing K-Love playing honestly brought tears to my eyes because that’s exactly what our family listens to at home. Every detail — the cozy rustic atmosphere, the uplifting quotes, Bible verses, and the warm welcoming feeling throughout the house — made this place feel like so much more than just a rental.Our son was fishing in a state tournament. Having a peaceful, faith-filled place to come back to after long days on the water has truly been a blessing. It feels comforting, uplifting, and genuinely like a home away from home.Thank you for creating such a beautiful environment for families like ours. You can feel the love and care that has been poured into this place in every little detail. The only thing we don’t love is having to leave on Sunday! We will absolutely be thinking about staying here again for future tournaments near Mountain Island Lake.Thank you again"

"One of the best hotels stays I've experienced while visiting Charlotte. Room was spacious and spotless. The Staff was welcoming and helpful. We nearly missed the continental breakfast Saturday morning. When we called the Front Desk, we were told that we had twenty minutes left. My sister and I never moved so quickly. Thank goodness we succeeded as the breakfast was nourishing. I was especially impressed with the instant grits and the kielbasa sausages. Lastly, there were enough parking spaces for my sister’s last-minute decision to rent a car. 10/10 and we’ll definitely stay here again."

"The property was spacious and beautifully situated on Lake Norman. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view of the Lake is stunning. The infinity pool and hot tub were definitely highlights. There are plenty of baby and child equipment and the gorgeous wide staircase even has a gate available if needed. The house has a dock on the lake which made renting a pontoon boat very easy. The property was fantastic for our family reunion. We had 6 couples and 3 young children. The house is big enough for gatherings and spaces for privacy. The proper is close to grocery stores and a short drive to the airport. Another thing we especially liked were the many large trees on the Lake which were visited by a number of different species of birds.The hosts promptly responded to questions and we felt very welcomed. All in all a fabulous property and location."
