I tried calling the hotel to tell them I would not arrive until the next day, but no one answered. I called again the following day, and they told me they cancelled my entire reservation as a no-show. Lost $400."

"Zero safety (all entrances were unlocked without requiring a key card to enter), hotel was okay but dirty and not in great condition; room was not available despite checking in an hour after check in time; staff was hesitant to deliver extra pillows, evening onsite manager was friendly but unprofessional; day time onsite manager was unhelpful - we left a child’s blanket behind - he said housekeeping would look for it and call me back. He never called back, I called again, and he stated that they didn’t find it (although we are 100% sure it was left). The location was not ideal compared to other area hotels - would not recommend. "

"My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience. "

"Our first night, we were awakened by the hvac system making a terrible sound. I called downstairs and 2 maintenance guys showed up quickly. The hvac needed to be fixed. So the maintenance guy got us a new room and brought a trolley so we could move quickly. The next morning, we received vouchers for 3 days of free breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was excellent too. The service was very kind. The amenities were very good. I cannot complain about anything. The response time of the staff was very fast. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are small but very clean."
