The air conditioning unit made a strange loud noise about once an hour. Once we realised it was the air conditioning unit we turned it off and got some sleep. Plenty of parking at the rear and all the main shops were very close by. Breakfast was continental and had plenty of choice. All in all our stay here was very enjoyable.

We had a great room with views over Launceston. Balmoral in a very handy position, close to the CBD. The room was clean and had all amenities, including microwave and plates / cutlery.
