Very comfortable room for an overnight stay, If staying longer in Launceston Iwould choose this hotel as a base for multiple nights. Close to city centre. Breakfast was great.
I don’t like the shower as have wet hair when use shower and no shower caps provided.
Loved the appelle hand cream supplied.
Great location and quiet. Big room
Great location in the middle of Launceston. It was easy to drive in and out of the city for daily excursions. Plenty of eating options nearby but be careful. On a Sunday evening, there are a lot of closed restaurants and shops due to the quiet nature of this town.
Absolutley recommend this hotel. Located in the city centre and close to everything. We were able to check in a little earlier which was refreshing to have happen. Usually you get the same line " sorry, your room isn't ready" and they haven't even checked to see if it is It was my birthday and when the staff found out , there was a bottle of wine and macaroons left in our room whilsr we were out.. A wonderful stay, would definatley stay again.... but longer.
Clean and tidy hotel , rooms are comfortable but style feels a bit dated
Hotel service was excellent , positioned in middle of Launceston, very central and handy to all major attractions.
Parking easy and next to hotel.
Excellent location. Bathroom & bedroom very clean. Old hotel could do with some refurbishing otherwise very good value for money. Staff were excellent & restaurant food very good. They made a good barista coffee:
I will stay there again as cleanliness, helpful staff & location are very important to me.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly amd our room was clean amd spacious.
Be mindful of the fact the rooms don't have microwaves which can be a bit of a pain, and cold winter nights with no electric blanket can be a bit of a shock when first getting under the covers.
But pretty good experience. Will stay there again :)
Great location, comfortable rooms and good service.

The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the downtown area. Staff are pleasant and efficient. We have stayed here 3 years in a row in May and it's time for a major refresh - everything is clean but the decor is tired both in the rooms and public areas.
Fantastic location in Launceston. Short walk to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Friendly and welcoming staff
Breakfast and Dinner menu
Comfortable room
Cheap secure parking
Stayed again one night later.

A nice enough but fairly basic hotel stay. Friendly staff and easy enough to do everything we wanted to.
